Hopiness’ 17-year-old wheelchair tennis talent Jef Vandorpe has won yet two other titles in Madrid las weekend.
On the Madrid Fundacion Emilio Sanchez Vicario tournament (Spain, ITF-3, $ 14.000) he took both singles and doubles crown winning 6-3 3-6 7-6 (4) to first seed Martin De La Puente in the singles final.
In doubles, Jef and his partner Daniel Caverzaschi took the trophy home winning 6-1 7-5.
Jef is now ranked 19 on the Wheelchair singles rankings (still his highest rank ever) and is still number 1 with the Juniors.
